Saturday Night Takeaway fans have told hosts Ant and Dec to invest in a 'swear button' after this week's Guest Announcer was revealed.
Despite the country still being in the third national lockdown in less than a year, the much loved ITV show returned to screens last Saturday, attracting an average of 7.3 million viewers to its first episode.
Takeaway's comeback had everything. There was a huge surprise for an inspiring teacher as she prepared to retire after 32 years at the same school; a hilarious I'm A Celebrity Get Out Of Me Ear with Harry and Jamie Redknapp and even Gary Barlow performing with an orchestra using vegetables as instruments!
The second episode of Saturday Night Takeaway's new series will air on Saturday night and, following in the footsteps of It's A Sin actor Olly Alexander who took the reins last weekend, potty mouthed chef Gordon Ramsay will be Guest Announcer.
Announcing the new on Twitter, the Takeaway account posted: "We're gonna be cooking up some fun with this week's Guest Announcer in the booth... It's @GordonRamsay!"
Fans were quick to react to the news, with many responses around the same theme - Gordon swearing live on air!
One replied: "Oh god! Please tell me you have the swear button at the ready!" and, in firm agreement, another posted: "Have you got the swear jar ready?!
"Or get your finger ready to to push the button and bleep him!"
A third wrote: "Omg..Looking forward to him appearing, it's going to be interesting, just remind him it's live tv and do not swear."
Saturday's Takeaway will also feature an End of the Show Show performance from Human and Giant singer Rag N Bone Man and will get going at 7pm on ITV.
