Sasural Simar Ka fame Shoaib Ibrahim shared the worrying news of his father suffering a brain stroke on Sunday (July 25) night with his fans. It was reshared by his wife Dipika Kakar and sister Saba Ibrahim on their social media handles.
In his note, Shoaib informed fans that his father has suffered a brain stroke and is currently in the ICU. He requested everyone to pray for the speedy recovery of his father.
He wrote, "Need your prayers and strength once again. Papa has had a brain stroke today morning and is in the ICU presently. Please please aap sab dua kijiyega ki allah unhe theek kar dein."
In yet another post earlier this morning, he wrote, "New day, new hope."
Shoaib shares a close bond with his family which includes his wife Dipika, his mom and dad, and sister Saba. During the lockdown, the actor shifted gears to making YouTube videos, which often feature his parents.
There are also lots of videos where the Ibrahim family is seen celebrating big and small moments together.
Shoaib has been a part of television serials such as Sasural Simar Ka, Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai and Ishq Mein Marjawan among others. He got married to his SSK co-star Dipika Kakar in 2018.
