Sarah Jessica Parker turned the table on morning television’s most talked about presenters when she challenged Susanna Reid about her relationship with Piers Morgan.
The Sex and the City star and seasoned interview subject was apparently tired of answering questions about herself and decided to quiz Reid on speculation that has dogged them since they began hosting Good Morning Britain together.
The actress more used to invasive questions about her own personal life deflected a few onto her hosts, having picked up on spurious yet persistent rumours about Reid and Morgan’s relationship.
“Are you guys long-term collaborators? It seems like there’s a lot of interest around your relationship,” she noted.
When a flustered Reid suggested they change the topic from her co-presenter, Parker was undeterred.
“I’d like to see you guys wriggle around for a change.
“It must be a very interesting experience for your audience.
“Do they have a lot of opinions about your relationship?”
