Sarah Hyland is worlds away from Modern Family with new look at Critics Choice Awards

Sarah Hyland showed off her glossy new look as she stepped out at the Critics' Choice Awards.

She gave fans a quick peek at her toned abs as she wore a sleek black dress which displayed the side of her stomach.

The 32-year-old Modern Family star turned heads on the red carpet ahead of the 28th annual ceremony.

Sarah was joined by 38-year-old husband Wells Adams at the event and the pair looked loved up as the posed for snaps.

The pair, who first got chatting on social media back in 2017, got engaged in 2019 and married last summer after some frustrating delays.

She's worked hard ever since and a new project is on the go (FilmMagic)

Her lips light pink stole focus as she wore a large gold bracelet and diamond rings to off-set her incredible gown.

The beauty was a presenter at the bash, which celebrates the last year in film and television.

The Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin star took time out as she prepares to get started on an exciting new project.

She is working with The Big Sick co-writer Emily V. Gordon on a nww show - but is keeping tight-lipped.

Sarah, who plays Hayley Dunphy in Modern Family, tied the knot with her beau in front of her former co-stars Sofia Vergara and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

She finally said 'I do' with The Bachelorette star in late August after Covid prevented the couple's previous plans.

Sarah and her showbiz pals, including bridesmaid Vanessa Hugens, enjoyed a low-key hen do in Mexico.

The actress said that: "the wildest thing that happened was that we were dancing on tables singing musical theatre."

She then explained: "I did the entire Chicago soundtrack by myself. Is that sad or is that everything? I think it's everything."

The reality star's surname is something Sarah said she's toyed with the idea of adopting.

Commenting on whether she'd change her name after she wed, she told E! News : "My mom didn’t take my father’s last name, so that’s never been a thing for me.

"I do like being called 'Mrs. Adams' when we’re on vacation and stuff, and if the reservation's under his name, I'm like, 'Oh my god, I'm so cute.' But I don’t know. Haven’t decided on it."
