Sarah Harding seen dancing and smiling in first post since sharing cancer battle

Sarah Harding has made her first post since she announced she is battling cancer, and she seems in good spirits.

The former Girls Aloud singer, 38, took to her Snapchat account to share a video of herself getting her hair dyed on Saturday.

It comes exactly a month after Sarah announced she is suffering from breast cancer, which has spread to other parts of her body.

But she is clearly staying positive and appeared to be having a great time in her video.

She could be seen with a huge grin on her face as she filmed herself dancing along to music.

Sarah had foils in her hair and was wearing a hairdresser's cape while sat having her hair done.

She grooved along to the sounds of Sunday Morning by the Velvet Underground in the clip.

On August 26 she took to both her Instagram and Twitter accounts to share the devastating news that she's battling cancer.

She shared a picture of herself in a hospital gown as she revealed she is undergoing chemotherapy.

Sarah wrote: "Earlier this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and a couple of weeks ago I received the devastating news that the cancer has advanced to other parts of my body.

"I'm currently undergoing weekly chemotherapy sessions and I am fighting as hard as I possibly can."

Sarah added: "My amazing mum, family and close friends are helping me through this, and I want to say a thank you to the wonderful NHS doctors and nurses who have been and continue to be heroes.

"I am doing my very best to keep positive and will keep you updated here with how I’m getting on.

"In the meantime I hope you’ll all understand and respect my request for privacy during this difficult time. Sending you all so much love….xx"
