Sarah Harding's final Instagram feed post was to tell her army of fans the pride she was filled with after hitting number one.
The tragic Girls Aloud star soared to the top of the iTunes charts at the end of March.
Sarah released her solo single Wear It Like A Crown following her devastating breast cancer diagnosis.
The brave 39-year-old had vowed to donate the proceeds to the Christie NHS foundation, who had been supporting her during her treatment.
She hit top spot with the release and quickly thanks her fans for helping send her to Number 1.

It was to be her last Instagram feed post.
Sharing the cover image, Sarah captioned the upload: "OMG. I can’t believe it. Number one on iTunes.
"I’m a bit overwhelmed, but so so happy. Thank you thank you."
Wear It Like A Crown -which chronicles her singing career and her cancer battle - was her first solo since 2015's Threads EP.

Earlier this year, Sarah let fans in on her fight against cancer as she released a book called Hear Me Out.
Sarah revealed in August 2020 that she had been diagnosed with the disease, which had spread to other parts of her body.
Her mother Marie announced the news on Instagram she had lost the fight, describing her "beautiful" daughter as "a bright, shining star".
Her Girls Aloud bandmates Nicola Roberts and Nadine Coyle led the tributes on social media.

Emotional Nicola shared a photo of the two pop stars together.
She posted: "I can't accept that this day has come. My heart is aching and all day everything we went through together has raced round my mind... a part of me or us isn't here anymore and it's unthinkable and painful and utterly cruel.
"Electric girl, you made us. You gave it everything and still with a smile."

Nadine posted: "I am absolutely devastated. I can't think of words that could possibly express how I feel about this girl and what she means to me."
Sarah's mum broke the news on Instagram on Sunday afternoon.
In a post next to a black and white image of her daughter she told fans and friends the tragic news.
"It's with deep heartbreak that today I'm sharing the news that my beautiful daughter Sarah has sadly passed away," she said.
"Many of you will know of Sarah's battle with cancer and that she fought so strongly from her diagnosis until her last day. She slipped away peacefully this morning.
"I'd like to thank everyone for their kind support over the past year.
"It meant the world to Sarah and it gave her great strength and comfort to know she was loved.
"I know she won't want to be remembered for her fight against this terrible disease - she was a bright, shining star and I hope that's how she can be remembered instead."
