Sarah Ferguson confirms 'only place' Princess Beatrice can actually get married

We've got another Royal Wedding to look forward to in 2020, when Princess Beatrice marries her millionaire boyfriend Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

The couple got engaged in Italy last month and have already started organising their special day.

Their's will be the fourth royal wedding in just a few years, so they've got lots of things to look back to for inspiration as they make their plans.

When the official announcement was made Buckingham Palace said they would tie the knot next year, but apart from that no details have been released.

But during a trip down the red carpet at the British Film Institute Luminous Gala, Beatrice's proud mum Sarah Ferguson shared another key detail.

There had been rumours that Edo wanted to get married in Italy, which is where he is originally from and where he popped the question.

However Beatrice squashed the idea of an overseas wedding and explained where it would be.

She said: "It can only be Britain and anyway don’t believe what you read."

However she didn't go into details of where the celebrations would take place, but that hasn't stopped bookies making their predictions.

One possibility is St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, which is where her little sister Princess Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank and cousin Prince Harry wed Meghan Markle.

Bookmakers.tv has this down as 10/1, with Westminster Abbey at 6/1, Buckingham Palace at 8/1 and Bagshot Park at 10/1.

During the evening Fergie also spoke of her excitement during the glitzy evening, saying: "It's just extraordinary, she's just such a beauty and to see her eyes shining.

"I've known him all my life. His brother is my godson.

"I'm so proud, and I've known Edo since he was four, and he's got a lovely mum.

"It's really, really good news."
