Saracens beat Gloucester in Premiership semi-final as try-scoring Liam Williams' stellar season continues

Wales star Liam Williams scored a try as Saracens secured their spot in yet another final with a 44-19 victory over Gloucester in the Gallagher Premiership semi-final.

It's turning into a fairytale season at Allianz Park for the wideman from Waunarlwydd.

Two weeks ago he was lifting the Heineken Champions Cup at the Aviva Stadium after Sarries beat Leinster in a gripping final.

Now he'll have a shot at some more silverware, with the Premiership trophy up for grabs against either Exeter or Northampton at Twickenham next weekend.

Meaning he will face one of two Wales team-mates in the final - either Tomas Francis of Exeter or Dan Biggar of Northampton.

This all comes after Williams, of course, helped Wales win their first Grand Slam in seven years in March.

On a personal level, the 28-year-old has now won 21 out of 22 matches in which he's played this season.

He turned in another eye-catching performance in the semi-final this afternoon, scoring a first half try to help Sarries on their way.

It's lead to onlookers to rave about his form right now, with some putting him up there as the best player in the world right now.
