Rangers-linked winger Santiago Moreno is fielding several bids, according to his club's major shareholder.
Colombian outfit America de Cali expect big things for the winger amid reports of interest from Ibrox.
The 21-year-old is said to not only have impressed Steven Gerrard, but Premier League outfits Leeds and Southampton.
Moreno has scored 5 times in 22 appearances this term from a role primarily off the right flank, although he can play across the three forward positions.
Cali chief Talio Gomez insists the club want "well over €3 million" as he was quizzed on Rangers and other interested parties on fan podcast América En La Red.
“They (offers) have arrived for Santiago Moreno but he is a jewel," Gomez said.
"He is 21-years-old and he is growing much more. In two or three years it will be a regular in the Colombian national team”.
Rangers have already kickstarted their summer business with the signing of Fashion Sakala from Oostende.
Nnamdi Ofoborh will also arrive from Bournemouth as Gerrard prepares for a Premiership title defence and a crack at the Champions League group stage.
