Santa appears to have temporarily swapped his sleigh and reindeers for something more synonymous with the beach - after being spotted bombing it up the River Clyde on a jetski.
Locals couldn't believe their eyes at the sight of Mr Claus racing up the river at full pelt earlier this afternoon, hours before he is due to slide down chimneys across the city to deliver presents to thousands of well-behaved weans.
One person caught sight of him zooming by the flats at Glasgow Harbour while waving as he did so.

And another person took to Twitter to share a video of him heading up the Clyde, along with the caption: "People Make Glasgow".
We hope he manages to make it up the road all right for a lie down before he clocks on for his busy backshift tonight!
Who knows, maybe he just wanted to road test someone's Christmas present to make sure it went as fast as it says it does before putting it in his sack.
