'Santa's up to high-doh' Janey Godley's latest viral clip from Nicola Sturgeon's Covid update

The Scottish Comedian Janey Godley has been keeping us all entertained with her viral voiceover clips during lockdown.

And her latest effort has left fans in stitches again as she gives us her own take on what Nicola Sturgeon really thinks.

After the First Minister's daily update today on coronavirus restrictions at Christmas, Janey Godley went for a festive theme.

Her voiceover had Nicola Sturgeon 'warning' Scots if you choose a coffin over Turkey that's your business '.

The First Minister said today there would be a "slight" easing of restrictions over the Christmas period, with families allowed to form Christmas bubbles as part of plans agreed across the UK.

Nicola Sturgeon has warned that the risk of transmitting the virus indoors cannot be removed, and today Boris Johnson said families would have to make their own judgements about the risk.

True to style, Janey Godley had a succinct way to summarise the message from the FM with 'Am no yer maw'.

"I love that you are liking my wee Rangers away top two piece from the Pippa Dee but today's chat is going to be all about Christmas and New year.

"It's 'oh see if we stay in at Christmas will we get New Year?, and if we don't go out at New Year can we get oor Christmas?'

"I'm no yer maw it's no as if I've telt yees your aw grounded and i'll let you know when you get out if your good," the comic said.

"This is a f***** virus, I never invented the virus.

"We are only months away from a vaccine and i'm tryin to stop people from geein each other the gift of coronavirus at Christmas.

"So we are going to announce a small household tot be able to give you a wee bit of leeway at Christmas.

"It breaks my f****** heart as well, I mean Santa must be up to high-doh with the lot of it."

But she also shared a stark message about the reality of the virus: "I mean i'm no sayin aw his to upset anyone, I'm no standing here saying 'oh I'll make sure I'll f*** everybody's Christmas up.
