Last month, Narendra Modi launched yet another scheme which is supposed to make our collective lives better. Prime Minister Modi had announced this new advancement from the ramparts of Red Fort in August 2020 last year, right when India was gripped by the coronavirus pandemic, and now its being rolled out.
