Samoa rugby team sing to staff at their hotel as they say goodbye

It's no secret that Wales have been having extra choir practise ahead of the World Cup in Japan, but they are not the only side there capable of carrying a tune.

It turns out that Samoa are pretty handing at singing too, as shown by a touch of class when it came time to check out of their hotel.

When leaving the Yamagata hotel ahead of their pool match with Russia on Tuesday, the entire squad sang to the staff of the hotel as a way of saying thank you.

Even the chefs were in attendance to witness the Samoan players show their appreciation in song.

This isn't the first time we've seen vocal efforts in Japan.

Wales have sung Calon Lan to initiate themselves in Japan after seeking the advice of Welsh opera singer Bryn Terfel in choir practises back in camp before they flew out.

And Warren Gatland's men were welcomed to Kitakyushu with locals singing the anthem and Calon Lan.
