
Samir Arora-backed Helios Flexi Cap Fund increased its stake in Tata Motors, Eternal, Paytm and eight other stocks according to the monthly portfolio disclosure by Helios Mutual Fund.
The flexi cap fund added 7.83 lakh shares of Tata Motors in its portfolio and had 33.62 lakh shares in its portfolio in April compared to 25.79 lakh shares in March. Around 6.64 lakh shares of Eternal were added to the portfolio and the fund had 1.05 crore shares in its portfolio.

The fund added 1.46 lakh shares of Paytm (One97 Communications) in its portfolio and had a total 16.46 lakh shares in its portfolio.
The other eight stocks where the fund increased its stake include some stocks such as Bharat Electronics, Hero MotoCorp, Cummins India, The Phoenix Mills, GMR Airports, BSE, NBCC (India), Varun Beverages. Among these eight stocks, the fund added the maximum number of shares of GMR Airports of around 36.71 lakh in April. Around 28,500 shares of Hero MotoCorp were added to the portfolio in April.
The exposure was reduced in three stocks which include HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries and Ather Energy. Around 6.78 lakh shares of HDFC Bank were sold out from the portfolio and the fund had 38.11 lakh shares in its portfolio in April against 44.90 lakh shares in March.
The fund sold 4.62 lakh shares of Reliance Industries and 3 lakh shares of Ather Energy in April from its portfolio.
Titan Company and Axis Bank were the new entrants in the portfolio in April. Around 1.73 lakh shares of Titan Company and 4.92 lakh shares of Axis Bank were added to the portfolio. In April, the fund did not make a complete exit from any stock.
The status in nearly 50 stocks remained unchanged in April compared to the previous month and this includes some stocks such as Bajaj Finance, Hitachi Energy, ITC Hotels, Siemens Energy India, Physicswallah, Adani Energy Solutions, Swiggy, Lemon Tree Hotels, ICICI AMC and HDFC AMC.

In April, the flexi cap fund had 66 stocks in its portfolio compared to 64 stocks in March portfolio. The portfolio of this fund is spread across 23 sectors. The fund had an AUM of Rs 6,762 crore as of April 2026.
Launched on November 13, 2023, the fund has an investment objective to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity and equity related instruments across market capitalization. The performance of the fund is benchmarked against NIFTY 500 Total Return Index(TRI) and is managed by Alok Bahl and Pratik Singh.
Since its inception, the fund has delivered a CAGR of 15.69%. In the last one year, the fund gave a 5.90% return.
According to ACE MF, the fund gave the best monthly return between June 4, 2024 to July 4, 2024 where the fund posted a gain of 13.20% compared to a gain of 12.86% by the benchmark. The fund posted best yearly returns between November 24,2023 to November 27, 2024 as it gave 38.67% compared to 29.80% return by the benchmark.

According to the monthly factsheet released by the fund house, the combined investments by the AMC, Directors, Trustees, employees and their immediate relatives in Helios Flexi Cap Fund amounts to Rs 89.86 crore of AUM as at April 30, 2026.
