Same efficiency of AstraZeneca and Pfizer shots in severe COVID cases: French infectiologist

The Pfizer and the AstraZeneca COVID-19 shots have the same efficiency in severe cases of the disease, French infectiologist Odile Launay told RTL radio on Wednesday.
