Samba Sow has this message for Nottingham Forest fans

Samba Sow is determined to give "more and more" for Nottingham Forest.

The 30-year-old midfielder has made an impressive impact since joining the Reds from Dinamo Moscow this summer.

But, speaking to Forest Review ahead of today's Championship clash with Barnsley at the City Ground, he has made it clear he will not rest of his laurels.

He said: "When fans and everybody are happy with the way you play, it always gives you confidence and I just want to give more and more and to keep this up in every game and every training session.

"I am happy but this is football, I need to keep focused and concentrate on working hard."

Sow is yet to taste defeat in a Reds shirt, helping Sabri Lamouchi's side to four wins and two draws in the six matches he has played so far this season.

And he is relishing the prospect of facing the Tykes on home soil.

"It is good to play in front of the home fans because we all know that they follow the team like crazy," he added.

"They give everything to help us and support us to win this game and we know that they will be there, so we have to turn up too and that is the most important thing.

"There are no easy games. Every game is a new story and we need to keep in the same way.

"Everyone is working hard and everyone is trying to show that they deserve to be playing and to do something for this club. We all have to show this on Saturday and then in the next game and the one after that."
