Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson has revealed he believes his girlfriend, Love Island alumni Zara McDermott , is 'the one'.
The pair, who announced their relationship earlier this summer, recently exchanged the L word, with Sam confessing his love first and Zara responding "I love you too".
26-year-old Sam also admitted it was Zara who made the first move by sliding into his DMs - but he had been liking all of her photos on social media "to let her know I was there".
He gushed "I'm really loved up. I'm incredibly happy."

Sam is no stranger to romance, he dated Made in Chelsea co-stars Sophie Habboo, Tiffany Watson and Riley Uggla - plus he has appeared on Celebs Go Dating TWICE.
But it seems his chequered past has made him more cautious when it comes to relationships now, and is taking things more slowly.
He said “I do run at a million miles an hour. And what I do a lot of the time is ruin things. I get so invested and so full on, I don’t just relax and calm down.
"In the spotlight everyone moves so quick and gets engaged so fast, but I want this to last and want it to work."

Appearing on a panel with another ex Love Island star, Amber Davies, at the Cost Coffee Flavour Rooms, Sam made the surprising revelation that him and Amber could have been a couple.
Amber said "Sam definitely wanted to take me out on a date once", with Sam jumping in "We didn't end up going. She said yes, but we just never had the time."
And strangely enough, despite Amber and Sam's initial attraction, Amber is now best friends with Zara.
Sam added that he and his girlfriend even plan to go and watch her perform in her West End show.

Sam is due to make a much-anticipated return to Made in Chelsea's 18th series, which starts on 2nd September.
But he won't be returning alone - according to the Mail Online, Zara will be appearing in one episode with him.
It's set to be an explosive return as Sam's long-time pal Jamie Laing was dating Sam's ex Sophie 'Habbs' Habboo.
A source told The Sun in May: "Sam has been left devastated by Jamie’s actions. They’ve been close friends for years and Jamie knows how heartbroken Sam was when Habbs finished with him.
However, Jamie and Sophie are reportedly the newest victims of the 'Strictly curse'.
The pair have split in the lead-up to Jamie's appearance on Strictly Come Dancing - despite his claims there was no way they wouldn't survive the show.
According to the Mail On Sunday , Sophie dumped Jamie when she found out he was appearing on the BBC show as she didn't trust him with his female dance parner.
The 25-year-old claimed her ex "struggles with monogamy at the best of times".
