Louis Tomlinson and Sam Thompson came face to face for the first time on Thursday during training for this year's Soccer Aid match.
The former One Direction star, 33, is currently dating Thompson's ex-girlfriend Zara McDermott, 28, whom Thompson split from in December after five years together.
Thompson was said to have been left ‘blindsided’ when McDermott moved on quickly and went public with her relationship with Tomlinson in March.
Thompson, 32, insists there are "no hard feelings" and is said to have moved on with former Love Island star Samie Elishi, 25, who finished third on the 2023 series, five years after McDermott appeared, and briefly returned for this year's All Stars season.

All eyes were on Thompson and Tomlinson as they arrived at Champneys in Tring, Hertfordshire, to meet their fellow England teammates for the first time. Both men will be representing the England squad in support of Unicef.
Thompson recently championed the charity with a gruelling five day, 260 mile challenge, delivering the official Soccer Aid match ball from last year’s stadium in London to Manchester ahead of the big game at Old Trafford on June 15.

Speaking to The Standard last week, Thompson admitted, "I don’t think I’m going to be able to play. My calf is pretty torn. But I’ll definitely be there one way or another — they can’t get rid of me." Despite his injury, he proudly sported the England team’s strip and appeared in good spirits at training.
However, it seems Thompson and Tomlinson will still be keeping their distance, as pictures published by MailOnline showed their names separated in the changing room despite being on the same team.

Love life aside, Thompson has plenty else to focus on.
He was recently confirmed to take part in the new ITV show Celebrity Sabotage, alongside Joel Dommett, GK Barry, and Judi Love.
And for one night only, he and best friend Pete Wicks, 37, will host a live show of their hit podcast Staying Relevant at the London O2 Arena, with tickets already sold out.
They are also set to release an accompanying Staying Relevant book on October 9.
