Sam Smith posts raunchy holiday snap in unbelievably tight trunks

Sam Smith isn't camera-shy - he's taken to Twitter to show off his slim upper body while onboard a boat on holiday in Italy.

The singer captioned the snap with lots of Italian flag emojis. He also sports a basic straw hat and fabulously patterned shirt.

Fans have been in meltdown at the photo, with one Italian follower writing: "you're obviously in my country to marry me, right?"

Another said: "Sam you are looking sooooo Sexy xxxxxx."

A third joked: "Your buttons are not done up."

Sam's no stranger to strutting his stuff. In April he took to Instagram with a nude selfie to promote body positivity.

Sam's stressed the importance of body positivity (Twitter)

He wrote at the time: "For my entire life I have always hated being naked. Today I decided to have a naked day and spend the day in my room and watch TV and read and eat what I want and just celebrate this bod.

"It has been so empowering and wonderful and f***ing FUN. I think everyone should have a naked day once in a while and celebrate that beautiful human body of yours. LET IT ALL HANG OUT PEOPLE."

Sam dropped a dramatic three and a half stone after overhauling his diet (Instagram)

He also shared another post, writing: "Every single month now I'm gonna have a naked day and I'm not gonna shut up about it hahaha.

"Being naked is so underrated. I can't believe I've never done this. Jesus."

Sam has discussed his issues with body positivity with the I Weigh body positivity campaign founder Jameela Jamil, saying: "When I was a kid, five or six, I was chubby and then it would get worse and worse and worse and I was holding a lot of weight in my chest.

"And then when I hit 11 years old I went to the doctors. I was so self-conscious that it was affecting my mood every day and my life as a teenager."
