Sam Darnold said ‘I’m seeing ghosts’ during awful MNF performance and fans crushed him

To say New York Jets QB Sam Darnold is having an awful game against the Patriots on Monday night would be a huge understatement. He’s thrown two horrendous interceptions and has also lost a fumble in what has become a blowout for New England at MetLife Stadium.

The former USC star who was the No. 3 overall pick in the 2018 is mic’d up for the game and after his second interception he was heard saying on the sidelines: “I’m seeing ghosts.”

Yeah, that’s not something you want to be hearing from your QB during any game.
