Sam Allardyce says he was not impressed with Leeds United's performance against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Whites suffered a 3-0 defeat to Jose Mourinho's side in a typically-open game on Saturday lunchtime.
It was a setback for Marcelo Bielsa's side after they ran out 5-0 winners over West Brom in their previous game.
There was a big contrast between the two performances, with the Whites rampant against a poor West Brom side, scoring four goals in the first half alone.
Reflecting on the game, Baggies boss Allardyce said he felt Leeds were physically superior to any other team he has seen in the Premier League this season, which hindered his side after they had put in a big effort to draw with Liverpool just days earlier.
Yet he aimed a dig at the Whites over their performance against Spurs, arguing the Baggies would have had a chance to beat Bielsa's side had they put in a similar performance to the one they did in the 3-0 defeat.
He told BT Sport: "Obviously not very good on the result and you have to say that Leeds, on the day, were physically so much better than any team in the Premier League and that showed on the night.
"I think the effort we put in at Liverpool, I’m not saying we would’ve got a result against Leeds because we put so much effort in against Liverpool and having just two days to recover.
"Leeds are the fittest side in the league, everyone knows that and they scored some absolutely unbelievable goals.
"I watched them today against Tottenham, and I wish they could’ve played like that against us and we might’ve had a chance, but they didn’t."
