While it's not actually Bonfire Night until Tuesday, festivities will get going with a bang on Saturday night.
One of the region's biggest bonfire displays every year is the one at Saltwell Park in Gateshead and once again Metro Radio will host the event this year.
The display will take place this Saturday, November 1 and as well as loads of fireworks, a funfair, a big screen and music from North East musicians, there will be a chance for you to get in on the singing action when Newcastle's most popular karaoke event takes over the stage.
Free outdoor karaoke night Kroud Karaoke only made its debut at STACK Newcastle at the start of the summer but quickly established itself as one of the must attend nights in the city.
It's Halloween special last weekend proved so popular that tables were filled up hours before it was due to start, with a one in one out policy operated as people lined up to get into STACK and get a slice of the action.
If you've still get to sample Kroud Karaoke, you'll get a chance at Saltwell Park when the team behind hit the stage at 7pm, with an array of classics for you to sing your heart out to.
Wristbands to get into Saltwell Park display on Saturday are priced £4 and on sale Metro Radio website here.
The email confirmation should be printed off and taken along to the event to show at the gate for scanning.
