Microsoft's bCentral website highlights an important issue today - the online sale of goods to people who are under age. A report has found that young people are getting hold of credit cards and solo cards (no kidding...) and they're buying adult videos, knives, alcohol...
The thing is, online or not, it's the retailer's responsibility to check that the person to whom they're selling goods is legally allowed to buy them. The question is how you manage that when the person isn't standing opposite you.
Any suggestions more than welcome...
