Sales at Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty brand pass £100m for first time

Annual revenues at Victoria Beckham’s eponymous fashion and beauty brand have smashed through the £100 million mark for the first time.

Latest accounts filed at Companies House show that Victoria Beckham Holdings generated sales of £112.7 million last year, up 26% from £89.1 million in 2023.

Profits as measured by EBITDA earnings, which does not include interest, tax and depreciation, were 22% higher at £2.2 million.

The results come as Netflix film a documentary about Beckham’s life as fashion designer and businesswoman due to be released this Autumn.

It was the fourth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth for the company, which was founded by the former Spice Girl in 2008, “as it delivers on its plan for long-term profitability”.

Sales from the flagship store in Mayfair and its website grew 26% and represented just under two thirds of the total.

Bestsellers in the clothing range included midi- and gown-style crêpe dresses, and Victoria Beckham silhouettes.

The company’s wholesale division saw additional openings in department stores in France and Italy with more openings planned in UK and French stores this year.

The company said the growth had continued into 2025 “driven by new product launches from leather dresses and bold floral prints showcased during the SS25 fashion show”.

The company said the strong performance “was driven by the fashion business and all three pillars of the beauty division, makeup, skincare and fragrance”.

Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, the newly appointed chief executive officer of the fashion business, said: “Despite a challenging market environment, the company delivered its fourth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth, underpinned by strong consumer demand and continued brand momentum across both fashion and beauty.

“Our 2024 performance reflects the team’s disciplined execution and commitment to building a modern luxury house with global resonance.”

David Belhassen, Victoria Beckham Holdings Board Director and founder of holding company NEO Investment Partners, said: "The Victoria Beckham business has been on an extraordinary journey.

“From its origins in fashion to the launch of our beauty division in 2019, we’ve seen a remarkable evolution into a global luxury business with real resonance, generating over £100 million in sales, despite the tough backdrop.

“The brand’s increased desirability is a testament to the strength of our vision, the power of Victoria’s iconic image and style, and the dedication of our team.

“With a strong new leadership team, a clear strategic roadmap, and accelerating momentum across both fashion and beauty, the future for Victoria Beckham is incredibly exciting as we progress through 2025 and beyond."
