Bernd Leno: Had another good display in the first half before a complete moment of madness ruined it in the second. Absolutely no need to use his hands outside the box under next to no pressure from Traore. 4.
Hector Bellerin: So much better going forward before the red while also keeping the defensive solidity we've seen in recent weeks against the tricky Pedro Neto. Could be heard shouting as well as he lead well wearing the captain's armband. 6.
Rob Holding: A solid display from the Englishman who could do nothing about either goal. Is a leader and the loudest voice on the pitch by far. 6.
David Luiz: Things were going so well until the Brazilian was ridiculously sent off. It's a mystery as to how VAR upheld the red card that led to Wolves penalty. Can't blame him for an awful decision. 6.
Cedric: A good first half but really struggled against Adama Traore in the second Got way too tight way too often and gave the ball away far too often as well. 5.
Thomas Partey: Wolves midfielders couldn't get near him when he picked his head up and decided to dribble forward. A few instances where his passing could have been better but another top quality display. 7.

Granit Xhaka: Had a good first half playing consistently brilliant passes forward as Arsenal dominated. But lost his discipline a touch in the second with a poor yellow card. Again you can hardly blame him for being frustrated though. 6.
Bukayo Saka: Gave Max Kilman nightmares in the inside right channel all first half and but for an unfortunate VAR decision would have added another goal to his impressive recent tally. 8.
Emile Smith Rowe: Found pockets of space well in front of the Wolves back four and when Arsenal were on top first half he was a huge part of it. Struggled in the second when asked to lead the line but hardly his fault. 7.
Nicolas Pepe: Was having a great first half and deserved his goal, but was another whose night was ruined by the first red. Couldn't hold onto the ball on the counter as Arsenal really struggled in the second half. 7.
Alexandre Lacazette: Had another great game before he was sacrificed at half time. The decision to remove the focal point from the Gunners' attack was a strange one. 7.
Substitutes -
Gabriel: Some brilliant bits of one-on-one defending after coming on for the second half. Looked approaching somewhere near his best again after a shaky return against Southampton. 7.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: Did almost nothing after coming on. Couldn't really effect the game after going down to nine, but Arsenal have a right to expect more from their captain. 5.
Runar Alex Runarsson: Made some good saves but was scared with the ball at his feet. His teammates don't seem to trust him and Arsenal will hope Ryan is fit very soon. 5.
