
An enormous rice paddy artwork featuring a condor and the Nazca Lines of Peru is seen in Gyoda, Saitama Prefecture. The best time to see the work has arrived, coming about two weeks later than usual due to hot weather damage to the field, and continues until mid-November. Eight kinds of rice in varying colors were planted in the about 2.8-hectare paddy.
