Saira Khan, 49, has bared all for a that has been splashed across the front page of this week's OK! Magazine - with more nude shots inside.
Wearing nothing but a strategically placed white sheet to cover her modesty, Saira oozes body confidence in the daring snaps.
The Loose Women star admitted a big factor behind the bold move was her wanting to 'make peace' with her body before she hits the big 5-0.
"I didn't have anything on. Doing this was about coming to peace with the battles I have had with my body from a very young age.
"I'm 50 next year and want to make peace with myself. I don't want my 50th year to be full of hang ups," Saira told the magazine.
Saira admitted she's spent her whole life feeling as though she wasn't 'tall, slim or pretty enough' but at the age of almost 50 she's content with how she looks.
But there was also a more serious reason behind Saira's decision to strip off.
The mum-of-two was sexually abused by a male family member at the age of 13 when she lived in Pakistan.
Since then Saira said she has never thought of body in a 'sexual' way.
"My body was taken advantage of against my will when I was younger. From that moment, I never saw this as a sexual thing," she explained.
Growing up in the Midlands with Pakistani immigrant parents also impacted how she regarded her behaviour and appearance, said Saira.
"I had to wear loose clothes that covered my body. It gave me the message that men can’t control their sexual urges," she explained.
The former Apprentice star also said she considered herself to be 'less sexy' after going through IVF treatment and later the menopause.
"There were parts of my body where my skin was so bad I thought 'I can never be sexy. I started putting my underwear on and wondered 'When did I get to big pants?'
"I thought I had to make more of an effort for my husband and the sake of my marriage," said Saira.
During an appearance on Loose Women in 2017, Saira stunned her co-stars and viewers at home by saying she would allow her hubby of 14 years to have an affair because she had lost her libido during the menopause.
Despite admitting she'd publicly 'humiliated' hubby Steve with her remarks, Saira said the controversy actually saved their relationship.
"Do I regret it? No. It opened up the conversation," she said.
Speaking to OK! Saira said she's no longer ashamed of her body and wants to have her nude snaps blown up and put on the wall of her bedroom.
Though she said she did have to speak to her mum and children before agreeing to bare all.
