Saints final injury report: Drew Brees, Alvin Kamara officially questionable vs. Cardinals

The New Orleans Saints wrapped up their week of practice and have released their final injury report. In all, three players were ruled out and three were listed as questionable.

Out

  • TE Jared Cook (knee)
  • CB Patrick Robinson (hamstring)
  • WR Tre’Quan Smith (ankle)

Cook will miss his second straight game. The Cardinals will get a break in terms of a talented pass-catching tight end, a position the Cardinals have struggled to defend.

Questionable

  • RB Alvin Kamara (ankle/knee)
  • QB Drew Brees (thumb)
  • S J.T. Gray (ankle)

Kamara was limited in practice for the second straight on Friday after sitting out on Wednesday. Brees was limited all week but coach Sean Payton said the decision to start Brees or Teddy Bridgewater will be made on Sunday. He has missed since Week 2.
