Retailers including Tesco, Wilko and Savers have seen shelves emptied by panicked Brits eager to follow the government's advice to wash hands thoroughly to prevent further spread of the virus.
If you can't seem to find any hand wash at your local store, Sainsbury's is currently selling a twin pack of Dettol Antibacterial Soap Bars at a bargain price of £1 - down from £1.29.
