Many of the UK's major supermarkets are urgently recalling several food products that could put their customers at risk.
The Food Standards Agency has issued alerts over items including pork medallions, lasagne, cheese, hot dogs and pies.
Some products contain ingredients not mentioned on the label, including soya and milk, while others may contain small pieces of metal, report the DailyPost.
Customers are being advised not to eat any of the items listed below and to return them immediately in exchange for a full refund.

Co-op Herby Pork Loin Medallions
Co-op is recalling 2 Herby Pork Loin Medallions because it contains soya which is not mentioned on the label as Asian Style Pork Belly
Slices have been incorrectly labelled as Pork Loin Medallions. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to soya.

Primula cheese tubes sold at Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco
Primula Ltd is recalling all chilled and ambient Primula Cheese tubes because the product might be contaminated with Clostridium
botulinum due to a production fault.
They have taken the precautionary step of recalling all products because one product might contain Clostridium botulinum.
This can cause a serious form of food poisoning called Botulism.
Symptoms include vomiting, diarrhoea and cramps and severe nausea, drooping eyelids, difficulty swallowing and slurred speech.
