If you've been out to get the big food shop done this weekend you'll know that the supermarkets have been manic and there are now just a few days to go until Christmas.
Whether it's the all important turkey, loads of nibbles or last minute wrapping paper provisions people have needed, shops up and down the country have been packed out with shoppers this weekend.
Their staff will of course get a hard earned and well deserved break when they close on Christmas Day, but, while Aldi won't be open on Boxing Day , many others will including Sainsbury's.

Sainsbury's Boxing Day opening times
There will be a difference in opening hours between large stores and Local stores. To be sure you might want to check the Sainsbury's website.
Large stores: 9am - 6pm
Local stores: 9am - 9pm
Larger stores will be open as usual from 7am on December 27, with many local stores open from 6am.
