Sam Fender will perform with the Royal Northern Sinfonia orchestra in a free-to-watch show filmed at Sage Gateshead.
The North Shields singer-songwriter is set to headline the Sage Gateshead Christmas Cracker, which will be shown live on YouTube for free on Friday December 18 at 7.30pm.
Sage Gateshead says the show will be a "Christmas gift to you our wonderful audience and supporters, the performance features some of the North East’s most illustrious musicians and rising stars."
Sam will be accompanied by Sage Gateshead's in-house orchestra, Royal Northern Sinfonia, for the performance.
The Hypersonic Missiles chart-topper tweeted: "We're doing a free livestream of this for you guys. Can't wait to perform a couple of songs with a full orchestra at one of my favourite venues, it's going to be a nice way to end the year!"
Newcastle alt-pop musician Martha Hill will perform along with jazz pianist Paul Eddis, while Teesside folk trio The Young'uns, the Virtue Gospel Choir and the Chorus of Royal Northern Sinfonia are also on the bull.
Sage Gateshead adds: "Filmed in our iconic building, and presented by Northern legends Jess Gillam (BBC Young Musician, saxophonist) and Ross Millard (The Futureheads), expect plenty of festive fun and magical Christmas collaborations."

Sage Gateshead Christmas Cracker will premiere on Sage Gateshead’s YouTube channel on Friday December 18 at 7.30pm, and it will be available to watch throughout the festive season until January 4, 2021.
