
After enjoying a successful amateur career, which featured numerous victories around the world, Sadom Kaewkanjana now plies his trade across the Asian Tour.

Sadom Kaewkanjana Facts
1. Sadom was born on July 6th, 1998 in Thailand and we believe he still decides to call Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, his home.
2. He enjoyed a fine amateur career, which included victories in Thailand, The Netherlands and India. He also won the Singha Pattaya Open on the All Thailand Golf Tour as an amateur.
3. He turned professional at the end of 2018, plying his trade on the Asian Tour, Asian Development Tour, Japan Golf Tour, and Korean Tour.
4. In 2019, Kaewkanjana claimed the Thongchai Jaidee Foundation and Bangabandhu Cup Golf Open. The wins meant he became the fastest Qualifying School graduate to win on Tour as it was his first start after graduating.

5. In April 2019 he claimed his first win on the Asian Tour, claiming the Bangabandhu Cup Golf Open by a single stroke.
6. After an 18 month winless drought, Kaewkanjana came back firing at the end of 2021, claiming five victories in his home country of Thailand in a three month period. Among those wins was the Thailand Open.
7. He is currently dating Jaravee Boonchant, who played college golf at Duke University. In fact, Kaewkanjana has previously caddied for his partner in several professional tournaments.
8. Claiming the SMBC Singapore Open in January 2022, Kaewkanjana made his Major debut that year at the PGA Championship, where he missed the cut.
9. Not long after his Major debut, the Thai player qualified for The Open Championship and, at St Andrews in 2022, he finished T11, shooting rounds of 71, 67, 74 and 65.
10. In 2022, the Thai golfer signed up with the LIV Golf League. Plying his trade with the circuit for a single season, his best result was a T13 at LIV Golf Invitational Boston.
11. Midway through 2023, Kaewkanjana took time off from the game of golf to return to Thailand so he could become a monk and practice meditation.
12. Returning in 2024, he enjoyed a solid return to form, producing a number of top 10 finishes.
13. Such was his excellent scoring on the Asian Tour, Kaewkanjana finished the 2024 season as the player with the most birdies on the circuit.
14. In May 2025, Kaewkanjana won the Kolon Korea Open and, in the process, secured a spot in The 153rd Open Championship.
15. At that championship, which took place at Royal Portrush, the Thai star carded a three-under 68 to sit inside the top 10 after the first round.
