Sacked Hamilton commentator turned up at Rangers' Ibrox Stadium by mistake before "jobby" gaffe

The commentator sacked by Hamilton Accies for saying he had "went for a jobby" had already got himself in a spot of bother before the blunder - after turning up at the wrong venue!

Bobby Bulloch sent social media into a frenzy tonight after he divulged too much information about his half-time trip to the toilet.

He apologised to viewers for being late for the start of the second half, telling them he'd gone for a "wee jobby."

It was a comment that would cost him his co-commentating gig with Accies TV, but it wasn't his first gaffe of the evening.

Instead of being at Hamilton Accies' New Douglas Park for the clash with Ross County, Bulloch turned up at the QTV studio, which is next to Rangers' Ibrox Stadium and from where Accies TV run their commentary operations for away games.

It's understood Bulloch thought Accies were playing the Staggies in Dingwall.

Accies TV presenter Marcus Nash had to commentate on the first 10 minutes of the match, as Bulloch made a mad-dash to Lanarkshire to join lead commentator Tony Haggerty.

However, worse was to come as his "jobby" comments were broadcast on the live stream and he was immediately relieved of his duties at the final whistle.

Accies lost the match 2-1 and now host Rangers on Sunday.
