Sacchin Shrof quits Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein; the actor says, 'My track started off well, but gradually did not shape up the way we thought it would'

Sacchin Shrof, who entered the show Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein in March as Shivani's husband, has apparently quit the show owing to creativity issues. His track wasn't shaping up well and hence he felt it was best to quit the show.

Sacchin said, "My journey with Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein was a memorable one. It was a good character and I enjoyed playing it while my track was on. It was a happy-go-lucky character. The makers gave it importance when I entered the show. My track was really good initially, but gradually it did not shape up the way we thought it would. So I felt it was best to move on."

Sharing how he will miss his co-actors, Sacchin said, "I will miss Tanvi, Ayesha, Neil, Aishwarya, Yogendra and everyone else from the show. The makers were kind to understand my concerns and they let me go. It was a mutual decision and I am glad they understood."

Sacchin says these things are a part and parcel of the job, where interesting characters are brought in for a while and they exit after a point. "Lead actors will remain at the centre of things in a show. Daily soaps are long-running shows and there are characters that enter and exit, but the show goes on," he said.

The actor is now on a holiday. He says, "I am on a holiday and enjoying myself. I haven't planned anything concrete about work right now."
