Sabri Lamouchi given this advice as Nottingham Forest 'target' is tipped to shatter goal records

Forest legend launches into Derby

"What a result it was against Derby County on Saturday, wasn’t it?" said Kenny Burns.

"There’s few better feelings in a season that getting one over that lot and it was nothing more than what  Nottingham Forest  deserved.

"I thought it was a tremendous performance and one they should be proud of – I do have to admit that I watched it on the television.

"The Derby game is one I just don’t like going to, it makes me ridiculously nervous and I just want to be out there playing."

Forest's 50-goal 'target'

Nottingham Forest are set to rekindle their interest in long term  transfer target Lawrence Shankland , according to  reports .

The Reds  were extensively linked with the striker in the summer before he joined Dundee United.

Last season he scored 24 goals in 31 outings for Ayr United and he has hit the ground running once again this season for his new club and has already scored 17 goals - an average of a goal every 68 minutes.

We will remember them.

Nottingham Forest supporters group Forza Garibaldi have released an emotional video on Remembrance Day to celebrate the lives of the City Ground footballers who fought for their country.

A stunning banner was unveiled during  Saturday afternoon's East Midlands derby  on Trentside showing five former Reds stars, Percy Ashton, Tom Peacock, William Fiske, George Hazard and Joe Mercer, all draped in their World War One attire.

The five all fought for their country during major conflict with some returning to play once again in Garibaldi while others gave the ultimate sacrafice.

Lamouchi given advice

So good were Nottingham Forest on Saturday in beating Derby County, I’d tell them to get off on holiday for the next few days while they've got a bit of time to relax and unwind.

The weather over here is rubbish, it's cold, wet and miserable.

Go and get some nice sunshine while you can because it’ll be a long slog from when they return for the game at Bristol City, until international breaks return in March - and they'll need to be ready for it, unlike the last break for internationals.

Those results at Wigan and then against Hull were not great, let’s be honest.
