A 's**t' room has been put up for rent in London for £120 per week, in what could be the most honest Gumtree post ever.
Rather than resort to the usual estate agent jargon, the brutally honest advert admits that "wardrobe is broke [sic] on top" and that the mattress doesn't match with the base.
The post on the classifieds site, for the flat in Mile End, East London, is entitled "S**t room to rent in East London!!!"
It says: "This property has to offer 3 s***ty double rooms available for single person or couple.
"The rooms are fully furnished. Very clean, and tidy.
"The wardrobe is broke on the top, tha mattress doesn't match with the base. [sic]
"Obviously, if you're interested we will change everything for you.
"The flatmates are all professional between the ages of 20-30."

Letting agent Luis Swarovski told the Evening Standard that the advert, now apparently taken down, reflected the current state of the property - and he reassured prospective tenants that it would be improved before they moved in.
He said: "I described it like that because of the present condition.
"Obviously if someone moves in it will not be like that anymore."
