Rylan Clarke shared a post with his Instagram followers giving a health update in which he claims he is "still swollen."
The update comes after he "said goodbye" to his signature smile and revealed to his 1.5 million Instagram followers he had replaced his veneers.
Posing topless in a baseball cap, the 33 year old presenter teased his dramatic makeover, as he grinned but still didn't reveal the new teeth.

Instead, he captioned the image: "Still swollen" and kept his mouth firmly closed.
Known for his pearly whites, Rylan decided to replace them after eight years.
He wrote on his Twitter earlier this week to announce the change, as he said: "After 8 years. It hurts, so much, but sometimes you just have to let go. I’ve taken the decision to say goodbye… to my teeth. New smile imminent" with some smiley face emojis.
The former X-Factor contestant previously tagged cosmetic dentist Dr Richard Marques in his post, and posted a photo of a gloved hand in his mouth, appearing to confirm that he was the one chosen to carry out the procedure.
Rylan recently ended a long relationship with his ex-partner, former police officer Dan Neal.
Not long after the breakup, the former X-Factor contestant said that he was "in a bad place" and that he was "seeking help."
He now seems to be getting back to his old self as he is making regular appearances again and back on social media.
