Rylan Clark celebrated the release of pal Adele ’s new single Easy On Me by cracking a joke about their very similar love lives.
The TV star split from husband Dan Neal earlier this year, while Adele filed for divorce in 2019, marking the end of her eight-year relationship with husband Simon Konecki.
The Oscar-winning singer released her hotly-anticipated new single Easy On Me on Friday, and newly-single Rylan was one of the singer's die-hard fans who had a strong response to the emotional power ballad.
Taking to Twitter, the It Takes Two host quipped: “Wish Adele would stop writing about me tbf (to be fair).”
The X Factor star isn’t the only famous fan celebrating her return to the limelight, as rapper Drake also heaped praise on the mother-of-one in his Instagram Stories.

“One of my best friends in the world just dropped a single,” he wrote alongside artwork from her new single.
While Lil Nas X reflected on how long it’s been since Adele treated fans to new music.
“Easy on me is so good. it’s so crazy to think the last time adele released new music i was sitting on stan twitter. i feel like i’m 15 again,” he wrote.

Clueless star Alicia Silverstone also posted her reaction to the heartbreaking ballad in a video on TikTok, in which she can be seen grabbing multiple bottles of wine as she prepares to listen to the track.
“Go easy on me @Adele… you always make me cry,” the actress wrote.
Singer Normani also loves Adele’s new single, and the Dancing with a Stranger hitmaker tweeted: “ADELE oh ADELE i love uuuuuuuuuu.”

Adele took a step back from the limelight after the release of her Grammy-winning album 25, but revealed she has been working on her upcoming new record 30 for the last three years.
The Tottenham-born star said while it won’t focus on her divorce from her ex-husband - with whom she shares nine-year-old son Angelo - it will explore how she’s found a new version of herself.
“This is my album. I want to share myself with everyone, but I don’t think I’ll ever let this one go,” she told Vogue.

Fans of the singer took to social media in their droves once the single was released, “and many have joked they need to be sad to appreciate the powerful track properly.
“Me pretending to be going through a divorce & listening to @Adele,” one fan captioned a clip of Oprah Winfrey crying.
“Adele's got me missing people i havent even met yet,” another quipped.
Adele's fourth album, 30, will be released on 19 November.
