Rylan Clark has opened up about single life - saying he now has a set of “Secret Single Behaviours”.
The presenter, 36, has been single since 2021 after splitting with ex-husband Dan Neal.
In an episode of his new podcast, How To Be In Love, Rylan revealed to agony aunt and psychotherapist Philippa Perry what he wanted in his next partner.
“I want two things out of someone. One is that you make me laugh and don't make me cry,” he said.

“And the other one is when I walk in to the house, or you walk into the house, you ask me or I ask you, ‘how was your day?’”
He then went on to speak about how his life, and behaviour, has changed since living alone.
“For the past few years, I have been on my own, in the sense of living on my own, which is something I've never done in my entire life,” he said.
“But I have got to the point where I've got my ‘SSB’, my Secret Single Behaviour, where I might talk to the coffee machine in the morning and go, ‘of course you want me to empty the drip trays!’”
“You know, it winds me up, but I will say it out loud. Some people might think I'm unwell.
“I’m not, it's my Secret Single Behaviour.”
Last month, Rylan became emotional when winning a TV BAFTA for Rob And Rylan's Grand Tour as he revealed how working on the show had helped him to come to terms with his divorce.

Rylan and Rob Rinder, 46, took home the Factual Entertainment prize for their hit BBC travel show at the annual awards ceremony, which took place on Sunday at London's Royal Festival Hall.
After accepting the gong, the former X Factor finalist spoke candidly about what the show meant to him.
Admitting that he “wasn't fully over” the break-up with Dan, he said that travelling around Italy with the barrister had become a “therapy” for him.
He said: “For me, the show, it happened at a really weird time for me like I still wasn't fully over sort of the breakdown of my marriage and was flung with the judge.
“It was the best therapy I needed, put it that way,” he continued.
“I think the journey, and I hate that word in telly but it’s so true, when you watch our series, that journey from when we meet to sort of how raw especially I was at that time.”
