Just a few days ago, Rylan finally took to social media after a prolonged break to thank fans for their support while explaining that he was currently focusing on his mental health.

He also told followers that he was looking toward getting back to work eventually.

"I just wanted to write a message to thank you all for the love and kindness you've shown us," he wrote on Instagram.

"We are currently prioritising our mental health and looking after the ones around us we love most.

"I am working towards getting back to the jobs I love in due course. Thank you for being patient with me."

His heartfelt message came not long after he released a statement in which he admitted to making 'mistakes' that led to the 'breakdown of his marriage.

He said: "Following reports about Dan and I spending time apart, I feel I have to speak out - as the way it is being reported is unfair.

“I have made a number of mistakes which I deeply regret and have inevitably led to the breakdown of our marriage.”

Dan first met the ex-Met Police detective Dan in 2013 before getting engaged a year later. in 2015, the couple were joined by their nearest and dearest to say their vows at an intimate ceremony. After six years of marriage, it appears that the pair are taking time out of the public eye to work through their split.
