In an new Instagram video, the 30 year-old dons his best tux and heads out to meet the stars of Strictly's new series, which starts Saturday 7th September.

"Do you know what, I haven't worn a dress since 1922," laughs broadcasting veteran Anneka Rice into Rylan's microphone.

Made In Chelsea's Jamie Laing says: "When else can I wear sparkles? That's the best thing about it."

Rylan scoffs and replies: "Whenever you want. You do realise who you're talking to, don't you?"

Jamie laments: "I look like a diamond has sneezed on me!"

Rylan rolls his eyes and says to the camera: "Of course it would be a diamond, he's that posh."
