He also spoke about his hair, which wasn't quite blonde yet.
The 33-year-old said: "I was hosting hairdressing awards last night, so imagine walking up to the hairdressing awards and going 'Hi everyone, I'm still lifting the black out, don't judge me'."
Rylan has since showed his hair becoming lighter, with his previous black colour slowly being lifted.
But it appears the TV star has had enough of being blonde.
Taking to Twitter on Thursday morning, he simply said: "Bye blonde. Been fun".
His followers had a mixed response to the news.
Kelly Walker said: "That was quick!"
Jo Pearce said: "They don’t have more fun….just a bigger bill at the hairdressers."
Charlie Agnew said: "I think it looks great"
Jeannette Cooper said: "Morning, your amazing whatever hair colour. Always make me smile. X"
Melanie Blake said: "Oh I loved it! X"
Rylan might be having a bit of a makeover day, with a post on his Instagram story also showing he was getting his eyebrows done.
The selfie showed a wax strip on one of his eyebrows, and was captioned: "Maintenance".
