Rylan Clark has revealed he had a “traumatic” and “very invasive” procedure on his face after being grilled about his new look.
The presenter - who is tipped to become a Strictly Come Dancing host - confessed on his BBC Radio 2 show on Saturday that he’s had a “tweakment”.
The 37-year-old has been open about his cosmetic procedures in the past, previously revealing he has spent £25,000 on veneers and has gotten lip fillers and Botox.
Clark spilled the beans on his latest work when his colleague Sally Boazman, 76, who does the traffic reports, asked if he had “gone under the knife”.
“You're looking very good these days. Have you gone under the knife recently?” she probed.
Clark replied: “Weirdly, I had something done yesterday, which was, ugh, such a trauma, I'm not gonna lie, what I had done.”
When pushed to reveal what he’d had done, he went on: “I won't go into it over the radio, because it was just quite invasive on the face!
“Yeah, it was very invasive.”
A source claimed to the Daily Mail that Clark has had fillers.
Clark added that he has spoken to his mother Linda about cosmetic work.
“I said to her yesterday all of this ain't going to do anything now, it's time to go in for the big one,” he said.
“But I ain't spending 30 grand on Linda's face, I'd rather pick her up by the head and shake her about and chop it off myself! 30 grand, she's not Kris Jenner!”
Boazman replied that she had “earned her wrinkles” and Clark agreed, saying: “There’s nothing wrong with wrinkles, I like my wrinkles.”
Boazman insisted: “You haven't got a single one! I'm looking at your face, not a single one.”
She then complimented his skin and hair and remarked: “It’s amazing what money can buy.”
Clark quipped: “Honestly without that I'd look like a troll.”
The former X Factor contestant has had “bits and bobs” of cosmetic surgery over the years.
After getting veneers in 2013, he underwent another procedure on his teeth to make them look more natural.
The TV personality previously admitted he had “gone too far” with some of the work he’d had done.
“I don’t regret anything I’ve done. I’ll probably still have more things done,” he said.

“I think if you’re in a position where you want to change something, and you think it will make you feel better, and you can do that, then do it.
“I don’t think you should be judged for that. Do I think sometimes in the past I’ve gone a bit too far? Yeah. Do I realise now that I don’t have to go as far as that? Yeah, so, I don’t.”
In 2024, Clark left fans in stitches when he reacted to being compared to a wanted man in a police e-fit.
He reshared a post from Kent Police, which featured a computer generated image of a man they would like to identify in connection with a robbery.
In the image, the wanted individual sported a perfectly groomed beard and dark brown coiff much like Clark’s.
Captioning the social media post, the constabulary said: “Officers investigating a report of attempted robbery in #Maidstone have released a computer generated image of a man they would like to identify.”
Clark couldn’t help but make light of his likeness to the image and cheekily replied to the post: "Wasn't me".
