Ryanair has extended a sale on airfares from Newcastle International Airport.
The seat sale offers tickets from Newcastle to Spain for as little as £14.99, for travel in September. Destinations in Ireland, Portugal and Poland are also included in the sale.
Ryanair says the sale will end at midnight on Sunday July 26.
From Newcastle, Ryanair is offering £14.99 one-way fares to the Irish capital Dublin, Faro in Portugal and Palma in Mallorca, Spain along with £19.99 tickets to Gdansk and Wroclaw in Poland, £21.72 tickets to Malaga and £23.55 seats to Alicante.
Currently, tourists from the UK who visit Spain, Poland and Ireland do not have to quarantine when they arrive back in the UK.
But those who plan on visiting Portugal are still subject to a restriction requiring them to self-isolate for two weeks when they return to England. That may change before September, but there is no guarantee it will do.
