Passengers hoping to get away this summer will be able to travel to Barcelona, Lanzarote and Paphos from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
Starting this month, 29 further European destinations will be in operation from LJLA, following all flights being grounded due to COVID-19.
Ryanair will start flying to:

- Vilnius
- Warsaw (Modlin)
- Wroclaw/Strachowice
EasyJet has also restarted flights to Alicante, Faro, Bordeaux, Lanzarote, Larnaca and Palma.
And Wizz Air has recommenced its flights to Gdansk, Katowice and Warsaw.

A spokesperson for LJLA said on July 1: "The next wave of Ryanair departures recommenced this morning and all flights got away either early or on time.

"July will see flights to an additional 29 European destinations operate from Liverpool for the first time since the lockdown started as airlines continue to restart operations and enable travellers to get away once again, with the number of weekly departures increasing to over 120 later this month.
"Ryanair are adding 25 more destinations to their Liverpool July schedule, with easyJet recommencing flights to four more destinations and Wizz Air three more.
"Many more services are due to restart in August too."
