Ryanair hilariously hit back at an Irish Liverpool fan after a cheeky Champions League tweet.
Yesterday the Reds were handed a last-eight tie with Real Madrid in a repeat of the 2018 Final.
Liverpool lost to Madrid in the final three years ago, but have since won the competition.
Los Blancos' success over the Reds completed a hat-trick of Champions League triumphs.
Now though the Spanish side are in the midst of a transitional phase following the exit of Cristiano Ronaldo in 2018.
And hopes are rising that Liverpool could make a return to the final of the competition, which is due to be held in the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Turkey.
It would help salvage an otherwise disappointing season, and among the optimistic fans is Irishman Sean, who cheekily called out budget airline Ryanair to sort him out with a trip.
He wrote: "What’s the cheapest way to get to Istanbul @Ryanair ? Asking for a friend."
However the airline quickly hit back, writing: "Hi Sean, unfortunately we currently do not fly to Istanbul.
"Seeing as you are a Liverpool fan, we doubt you'll be flying there any time soon either."
However it was Sean who had the last laugh, as he added: "Cheers lads , I prefer Aer Lingus anyways."
