Ryan Tubridy addresses Late Late Toy Show f-bomb with cheeky post

Late Late Toy Show host Ryan Tubridy has finally spoken after dropping an f-bomb on the child-friendly programme.

The RTE presenter got tongues wagging after slipping up while having a mini-meal with one of the children on the show, RSVP Live reports.

At the one hour and 23 minutes mark, he appears to say "oh for f*** sake" after a large bottle of Fanta exploded all over him.

Despite the moment quickly going viral, Ryan and RTE refused to acknowledge the gaffe - however the station did edit out the expletive for the RTE Player version of the show, by skipping a few seconds ahead.

On Sunday evening Ryan finally addressed the iconic moment, simply saying he is going to be opting for Club Orange next time.

Sharing a screenshot of his panicked face shortly after the slip of the tongue, Ryan wrote:

“Yeah so… eh, about this moment… I’m just going to stick with Club Orange from now on. #shoplocal”.

RTE 2FM's Eoghan McDermott was one of the first to call out Ryan's non-PG remark on Friday as he posted on Twitter: "Ryan just dropped the F bomb on the toyshow. This is not a drill."

Other viewers took to social media to point out the hilarious moment as one said: "Ooohh Ryan dropping the F bomb opening a bottle of fanta."

Another said: "Did he...did...Ryan...just say...what I think he did when the bottle of Fanta popped?! Flushed face Did he?!!"

Another added: "Accidental curse when the Fanta exploded is the most Irish thing I’ve ever seen on Irish TV."

A third said: "As someone who spends most of my day swearing at one thing or another, I fully endorse Ryan’s Fanta F Bomb. A 2020 vibe."

A fourth went on: "2020 deserves Ryan Tubridy saying 'f**' as he cracks open a bottle of Fanta in front of a small child."

Another person said: "Highlight of the night so far: Ryan saying 'f***' opening an exploding bottle of Fanta."
