Ryan Thomas stripped off for a well-deserved ice bath after struggling to walk on day seven of his 10-day marathon.
The former soap star had trekked 26 miles per day in a bid to raise awareness on male suicide and, after a long day's walk, he needed to ease his muscles.
The 34-year-old took to his Instagram Stories to share how he was doing as he stripped down to his boxers.
"My 1st Ice bath," he captioned the clip in which he submerged himself in the ice cube filled bathtub.
The actor focused on his breathing as he shivered through the low temperatures of the water.
The second clip showed him slowly getting out of the bathtub but the star had to steady himself on the wall before stepping into his sliders.
Before his ice bath, Ryan was in tears after being surprised by his daughter Scarlett.
He was filmed being guided to a van where, unbeknownst to him, his daughter was hiding.
His younger brother Scott gathered his friends and family for the big moment and filmed Ryan as he hobbled to the back of the van.
Ryan was in shock as the truck door opened and Scarlett - who he shares with Tina O'Brien - stood there with her arms stretched out wide.
The star looked like he was wiping away tears as he excitedly wrapped his arms around the youngster.
He also went on to hug his other brother Adam and his mum Gail, who looked proud of all his accomplishments.
He admitted a few days into the challenge that it was a lot harder than he thought it would be.
Speaking about his accomplishments so far, he explained to The Sun : "It's been tougher than I imagined. I'm exhausted, but I've got to keep focused."
