Ryan Thomas has melted hearts with adorable video of himself working out with his baby boy.
The former Coronation Street star, who welcomed baby Roman with his fiancee Lucy Mecklenburgh in March, included his son in his fitness routine.
While the doting dad did his workout, Roman was clearly loving the exercise session judging by the smile on his face as he was held and lifted by Manchester actor Ryan.
Celebrity makeup artist Armand Beasley said about the Instagram video: "This is fab!! Look at his little face."

Ryan, who played Jason Grimshaw in Corrie, turned 36 while staying at home with Lucy and Roman - and he said it was the 'best present' he could wish for.
Sharing a snap of father of son on his special day Ryan wrote: "My first birthday with my little man is the best present I could wish for."
Ryan and former The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy, 28, have been together since May 2017.
They announced their engagement two years later shortly before revealing they were expecting their first child together.
The couple met when they appeared together on the reality survival show Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls.
The pair got engaged last summer during a picture perfect trip to the Italian cliffside village of Positano on the Amalfi Coast.
Lucy announced she had given birth to Roman on March 12, just days before the nation was put into lockdown amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
